Who we are

The team is small enough that the person who writes the Android client also writes the API it talks to and sets up the machines that answer it. That was deliberate. It keeps the loop short, and there is never an argument about whose fault something is.

Releases go out on four platforms together, so a version number means the same thing on a phone, on a laptop and on the server. Clients installed a long time ago still work, because the API only ever gains fields and never drops them.

Most of our customers are individuals. A growing number are small companies buying a block of seats under one administrator. There are no resellers and no white-label deals. Everyone has a contract with us, is billed by us and is supported by us.
